Computer Vision Systems and TAdviser present Computer Vision: Technology, the Market, and Future Prospects

TAdviser, an analytical center, and Computer Vision Systems (part of the LANIT group) completed a study on the computer vision market, covering both global trends and the current situation in Russia.

“Computer vision and AI are two of the biggest drivers in today’s IT world,” notes Vladimir Ufnarovsky, co-owner of Computer Vision Systems. “Not many people out there are in the loop on what we’ve been able to do here in Russia, though so many new solutions are actually based on Russian work. Even beyond that, CV and AI are both shrouded in all kinds of myths—some people think computers can see and recognize anything they want better than humans, while others have no idea how advanced the tech actually is. We here at Lanit-Tercom, and then Computer Vision Systems, have been working on CV since 2006, and we’re thrilled to see such comprehensive materials finally being released to show the lay of the land.”
